About Amy:

I am a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, holding an Associates degree in Culinary Arts and certificate in Baking and Pastry. In New York City, I have worked in the Pastry Department of La Bergamote, Tompkins Square Bakery and as the former Pastry Chef of La Cote Basque. For my training of wedding cakes, I have completed an Advanced Cake Decorating class with Betty Van Norstrand, internship with Ron Ben-Israel and a year as a partner of Veronica’s Cakes located in Honolulu, Hawaii.

ME②: Where did the name come from? I was the youngest with two older brothers. I was always chasing everyone around wanting to be included, saying “me too, me too”. Still sticks.
